Do you recommend travel insurance?
All Keith Prowse tickets & packages are non-refundable so travel insurance is highly recommended. Ask one of our friendly consultants for more details.
Can I purchase tickets only for an event?
Tickets for all of our events come with accommodation packages so we cannot offer a ticket only service.
Could I be informed about any forthcoming events?
We update our website with any new events on a very regular basis. We also send out monthly newsletters to keep registered clients fully informed of any events coming up. To register for updates, please sign up for our newsletter below.
When will I receive documents?
We generally send out documentation approximately 2-3 weeks before the event. In some cases the actual tickets will be distributed at the event venue due to value and problems with security. We will notify you of such instances.
Can I alter my booking at a later date?
Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to make the changes you request but they can often be subject to availability. Alterations may incur additional charges.
Will you allow name changes?
Yes, as long as there is no flight content we will allow this up to 7 days prior to the event.
How do I pay for the package?
There are several methods of payment. All major credit cards are accepted (surcharge applicable) as well as bank transfers, payment gate and eNett. See Payment options for further details.
Is the package price per person or room?
In general, prices are shown on a per person basis.
Can I make a provisional booking?
Yes, we can hold most packages for 7 days if more than 45 days prior to the event and subject to availability – after that time if payment hasn’t been received the booking will auto-cancel.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities.
