What time does everything start? What time should I arrive?
The Circuit Park will open from:
- Friday, 20 September: 2:25pm to midnight
- Saturday, 21 September: 2:25pm to midnight
- Sunday, 22 September: 3:00pm to 12:10am
What entertainment is happening in 2019?
This year, Singapore Grand Prix will see headlining acts Red Hot Chili Peppers, Muse, Swedish House Mafia, Fat Boy Slim, and Hans Zimmer perform, along with a long list of additional acts. You can see the full line up and entertainment schedule on their website here.
Please note this entertainment schedule is subject to change, so stay up to date by checking their website or Official Singapore Grand Prix app on the day.
Do you have a map of the venue?
We have included a map in your Keith Prowse Travel guest booklet which is being posted to you with your travel documents. Alternatively, you can view the map online here, or via their app.
How do I get to Marina Bay Circuit? And how do I enter?
We highly recommend public transport to be taken to access the Marina Bay Street Circuit. Most gates are within walking distance to an MRT (subway) station. MRT train services will be increased to cope with the higher demand across event days.
Entry to each zone
Tickets provide access to one or more zones. You can only use the gates for the zones that you have access rights to. All ticket holders have access to Zone 4. Your ticket states the recommended Gate to use for entering the Circuit Park. Gate 3 is the largest and main entry gate.
Zone 1 or Premier Walkabout ticket holders may enter through any gate. A free shuttle bus is also available for Zone 1 ticket holders between Lavender MRT station and Gate 1 of the Marina Bay Street Circuit.

What happens if you lose your ticket?
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. SGPPL (Singapore Grand Prix Promoter & Ticket Distributor) may, in its sole and absolute discretion and subject to the payment of a fee, agree to replace a ticket which has been lost or stolen. For more information email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can you leave and re-enter the Marina Bay Street Circuit throughout the event?
Pass outs are allowed. No wrist bands are required. Attendees can re-enter with their event ticket.
Can I change or upgrade my ticket?
Once a ticket purchase has been made, there are no means to amend or upgrade. If patrons would like access to a different Zone they must purchase a new ticket. They will not be refunded the difference from their original ticket purchase.
What do I wear? Is there a dress code?
Singapore has a tropical climate in September and the Marina Bay Street Circuit requires a certain amount of walking. Wear suitable footwear and comfortable clothing for warm conditions with crowds. Wear a hat and sunblock if arriving earlier in the day. Smart casual dress is recommended in hospitality suites.
What to bring?
Bag checks will be conducted at all gates. Pack light for a speedy clearance during the security screening. Most importantly, bring your event tickets. Other items we recommend include a small camera to capture all the memories, and water bottle to stay hydrated in the humid conditions (of no more than 600mL per person).
We recommend bringing cash as only selected vendors accept credit card payment. ATMs which accept most local and international cards are located around the Circuit Park.
Can I bring drinks and food into the event?
Patrons are not permitted to bring in their own food and beverages, except for one clear plastic bottle of soft drink or mineral water of not more than 600ml per person.
Can I bring my camera into the circuit park?
Still cameras with lenses not more than 100mm in focal length are generally allowed in the circuit park. However, do be mindful of other patrons’ enjoyment of the race when using the camera.
Please also note that all images taken in the circuit park are strictly for personal enjoyment only. They are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes.
Can I withdraw cash at the venue?
ATMs are available across the Circuit Park for your convenience and accept most local and international cards. See the Circuit Park map for specific locations. Credit card payment is accepted by some of the vendors.
What if there is heavy rain during the race? Will I get a refund?
The Singapore Grand Prix is a rain or shine event.
Ponchos are available for sale at Singapore Grand Prix Official Merchandise Booths and Information Booths.
In the event of inclement weather on any or all of the race days, the Event Organiser shall have the sole and absolute discretion to delay the race for that day, and if necessary, to cancel the race. The race may resume on the same day after such delay. Refunds will not be offered due to cancellation that is for reasons beyond the Event Organiser’s control (please refer to Clause 2.3.1 of the Conditions of Sale & Entry).
What do I do if I lose something at the Circuit Park?
Approach our staff at the various Information Booths around the Circuit Park for any queries or requests on Lost and Found Items.
Do note that we are unable to retrieve items under the Grandstands until after the day’s activities.
Can I upgrade my accommodation or change dates?
Accommodation bookings cannot be cancelled or transferred. Room types can be upgraded or number of nights increased subject to availability. Contact the Keith Prowse Travel team to enquire.
When will my travel document arrive?
Your travel documents are scheduled to arrive approximately 3 weeks out from your trip. You will receive an email when they are on their way. If you do not receive your documents by Wednesday 28th August, please get in contact with us.
