Throughout November, we hosted some of our clients at Polo in the City events across Australia. Combining both sport and indulgent dining in an enjoyable and relaxed setting, our Polo in the City experience provided clients with the opportunity to build relationships with their guests whilst also having a fun day out. The guests’ highlights from the day included watching the polo players arrive via helicopter, meeting the players, the fashion on the field and of course, witnessing the match.
What did we arrange for our clients?
To create this experience, our team provided end-to-end management of the event. This full-service approach included assisting in all event elements from the initial pre-planning, concept design and theming to organising the catering, photographer, and running order for the day. Guests of the event were treated to the full experience from the moment they received their themed invitations, complete with Moët bottle for a taste of what was to come.
