2018 MATCH SCHEDULE

With both day and evening sessions held consistently throughout the tournament, tennis fanatics will never be short of game play to watch, concluding with the Women’s final on Saturday the 27th and the Men’s final on Sunday the 28th.

Just a ten minute drive from Melbourne’s centre, the venue can be easily accessed by car, tram, taxi or by foot, and is surrounded by ample food and shopping destinations.

Closest Tram Station:
Accessible via multiple trams, approx. every 3 minutes at peak time. Flinders St Station, 700m away, 8 min walk from Melbourne Park. Note: all valid Australian Open tickets allow for free tram travel.

AO Festival

For the first time in 2016, the Australian Open branched out of Melbourne Park, opening its AO Festival at Birrarung Marr. Since then, the festival has grown to be one of the most exciting events of the Open, featuring live music, pop-up restaurants, giveaways, meet and greets and endless excitement.

AO Ballpark

Just within Melbourne Park, AO Ballpark is a dedicated space for children’s entertainment throughout the duration of the Open. The mini theme park is bustling with dance zones, rides, tennis activities and food for kids, perfect for some off the court action.
